Salary

We offer competitive salaries to all across the Trust. For school leaders and teachers, we work within the teachers pay and conditions and seek to ensure we fairly reward people for the work they do. For the teams that support the Trust and our schools in improving outcomes and opportunities for children in so many different ways, we offer great rates of pay reflecting both nationally negotiated salary levels and the real living wage.

Annual Leave

Support colleagues are entitled to 23 days of annual leave, which rises with length of service, in addition to 8 paid bank holidays.
